2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use most features of the Service. If using Ednoda with students under 18, teachers are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent in accordance with local regulations.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration:
To access and use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3.2 Teacher Accounts:
Teachers are responsible for managing student data in compliance with local regulations and ensuring that all data entered follows applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, COPPA, and FERPA.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing & Billing:
Ednoda offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing details are available on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
4.2 Free Trial:
We offer a two-week free trial. You must provide valid payment information when starting the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.
4.3 Refund Policy:
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- **Monthly Plans** → Refunds available within **48 hours** of charge. After 48 hours, the payment is non-refundable.
- **Annual Plans** → Full refund available within **7 days** of purchase. After 7 days, the annual plan is non-refundable.
- **Billing Errors or Exceptional Cases** → If you were charged by mistake or experience technical issues, please contact us for a resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. If your account is terminated for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, you may be entitled to a prorated refund at our sole discretion.
